摘要
开展了动量轮激光密封焊接技术研究,通过焊接前处理、焊接工艺参数优化、增加焊丝等方法,解决了铝合金激光焊接热裂纹、密封性能差等技术难点。经测试整机漏率指标达到1.19×10^(-10)Pa·m^(3)/s,可以减少轴承润滑油的挥发和逃逸,有效提升地面密封存储性能和轴承运转稳定性,为动量轮激光密封焊接技术在卫星上应用提供技术支撑。
The research was conducted on laser hermetic welding technology for momentum wheels.By employing methods such as pre-welding treatment,optimization of welding parameters,and the addition of filler wire,technical challenges including thermal cracks during laser welding and poor sealing performance were addressed.The Test demonstrated that the leakage rate was reduced 1.19×10^(-10)Pa·m^(3)/sec,minimizing the volatilization and migration of bearing lubricant.The improvement enhances both the ground storage sealing performance and the operational stability of the bearings.The technical support was provided for the application of laser hermetic welding technology for momentum wheels in satellites.
