摘要 中部槽是矿用刮板输送机的重要结构部件,其主体由铸造槽帮和耐磨钢板焊接而成。焊接质量不仅关系到接头本身的使用性能,而且对整机配套、零部件互换等性能影响深远。本文通过工艺试验和生产验证,对刮板输送机中部槽焊接变形的影响因素进行了分析,结合中部槽的结构特点,探讨了影响中部槽焊接变形的主要因素及控制措施。最终找到合适的焊接参数范围、装配间隙量和焊接顺序,加上柔性焊接拘束工装的应用,保证了中部槽中板的平面度要求,提高了中部槽的焊接质量和产品互换性。 Middle trough is important structural part in mining scraper conveyor, and the main structure is constituted by welding cast steel ledge and wear-resistant steel plate. The welding quality is not only associated with the performance of the joints, but also seriously affects the machine matching and interchangeability. The factors of middle trough welding deformation were analyzed by process tests and production verification, and the main factors and control measures of the deformation combining with the structural characteristics of middle trough were investigated. Finally, we found the suitable welding parameter range, assembly gap volume and welding sequence. Concerting with the use of flexible process equipments, the flatness of middle trough intermediate plate, the welding quality and interchangeability of the products can be ensured.
