摘要
目的:比较挥发酚全自动测定仪、自动液液萃取仪和手工萃取法在水质挥发酚测定过程中的差异,为水质监测提供参考依据。方法:水样蒸馏后,根据HJ 503-2009分别采用挥发酚全自动测定仪、自动液液萃取仪和手工萃取方法对真值为9.66±0.69μg/L的挥发酚环境标准样品进行分析测定,同时对挥发酚全自动测定仪和自动液液萃取仪进行连续7次空白试验计算方法检出限。结论:挥发酚全自动分析仪和自动液液萃取仪准确度、精密度和检出限均能满足国标要求,可应用于环境水样中挥发酚的测定。挥发酚全自动测定仪全程密闭环保、自动添加试剂、自动完成萃取和比色等操作,适合大批量样品的分析测定;自动液液萃取仪更加适合小批量样品的水质挥发酚分析测定。
Objective:To compare the differences among the automatic volatile phenol analyzer,the automatic liquid-liquid extractor and the manual extraction method in the determination process of volatile phenol in water quality,providing reference for water quality monitoring.Method:After distilled,volatile phenol environmental standard sample with a true value of 9.66±0.69μg/L was analyzed by volatile phenol automatic analyzer,automatic liquid-liquid extractor and traditional manual method according to HJ 503-2009.At the same time,continuous 7 blank samples were carried out on the automatic volatile phenol analyzer and the automatic liquid-liquid extractor to calculate the method detection limit.Conclusion:Volatile phenol automatic analyzer and automatic liquid-liquid extractor can obtain better accuracy and precision,and the detection limit can meet the requirements of national standards.Volatile phenol automatic analyzer uses integrated technology to realize the functions of automatic reagent addition,automatic extraction,on-line automatic separation and detection,automatic cleaning and automatic recovery of dissolution,so it is more suitable to analyze a large number of samples,and the automatic liquid-liquid extractor can be applied to a small number of water quality analysis.
