摘要
基于扎根理论开发出包含创业抗压性、创业团队协同度和创业情境感知力3个维度的创业团队韧性构思模型,并运用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对量表的信效度进行检验。利用该量表进一步证实了创业团队韧性对团队创造力的影响机制,以及集体挑战性评价在其中发挥的中介作用。
Based on grounded theory,this paper develops a model for entrepreneurial team resilience,encompassing entrepreneurial resilience,team synergy,and situational awareness dimensions.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are employed to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Using this scale,it further confirms the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial team resilience on team creativity,as well as the mediating role of challenge evaluation in this process.
