摘要
针对物流虚拟仿真实验教学中存在的内涵模糊和理念不强、模块化知识与迭代化技能关系不协调,以及教学方式和考评形式单一等问题,结合“两性一度”的教育内涵和“思政引领、学生中心、成果导向”的教学理念,重构了“理实”一体化教育教学实训体系和完善了物流虚拟仿真实验教学设计与内容建设,为探索适应当前及未来物流管理人才培养路径提供了新的理论和实践框架。
This paper addresses the issues in logistics virtual simulation experiment teaching,including unclear content and weak concepts,the misalignment between modular knowledge and iterative skills,and the single teaching methods and assessment formats.By integrating the educational principles of high level,innovation and challenge and the teaching philosophy of Ideological and Political Guidance,Student-Centered,and Outcome-Oriented,we have reconstructed an integrated theory and practice education and training system.Additionally,the teaching design and content construction of logistics virtual simulation experiments have been improved,providing a new theoretical and practical framework for exploring pathways to cultivate logistics management talents that meet both current and future needs.
