摘要
为了解决传统二维不动产统一登记管理中无法正确表达复杂建筑信息、空间信息和权属信息的对应关系模糊等问题,利用机载LiDAR航空摄影结合倾斜摄影测量技术,构建城市三维实景模型,通过将二维不动产登记数据与三维实景模型智能匹配与动态关联,研发集可视化展示、查询、统计和分析于一体的三维不动产统一登记管理平台,提升不动产登记管理的精准性、交互体验与决策支持能力。
In order to solve the problems such as the inability to correctly express complex building information,the ambiguity of the correspondence between spatial information and ownership information in the traditional two-dimensional unified registration and management of real estate,airborne LiDAR aerial photography combined with oblique photogrammetric technology is utilized to construct a three-dimensional realistic model of the city.Through the intelligent matching and dynamic association of two-dimensional real estate registration data with the three-dimensional realistic model,we develop a three-dimensional unified real estate registration and management platform integrating visual display,query,statistics and analysis to enhance the accuracy,interactive experience,and decision-making support capabilities of real estate registration and management.
