摘要
系统分析燃煤机组选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)脱硝装置对下游设备的影响。探讨硫酸氢氨的生成机理及其在空气预热器中引发的堵灰与腐蚀问题,提出结构优化和运行控制的改进措施。分析SCR脱硝装置对静电除尘器除尘效率的影响,指出需要关注的SO_(3)冷凝风险及高频电源适配性问题。研究SCR脱硝装置对湿法脱硫系统的影响,针对烟囱腐蚀和物料平衡扰动问题提出应对措施。研究表明,通过合理设计与运行调控,可有效降低SCR脱硝装置对下游设备的不利影响,为工程应用提供参考。
The system analyzes the impact of the Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)denitration device of coal-fired units on downstream equipment.This paper discusses the generation mechanism of ammonium bisulfate and the problems of ash blockage and corrosion it causes in the air preheater,and proposes improvement measures for structural optimization and operation control.Analyze the impact of the SCR denitration device on the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator,and point out the SO_(3) condensation risk and the compatibility of high-frequency power supply that need attention.The influence of SCR denitration devices on wet desulfurization systems was studied,and countermeasures were proposed for chimney corrosion and material balance disturbances.Research shows that through reasonable design and operation control,the adverse effects of SCR denitration devices on downstream equipment can be effectively reduced,providing a reference for engineering applications.
