摘要
目的:探讨在治疗非溶栓急性脑梗死患者,丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合双联抗血小板的疗效和安全性。方法:在2022年6月至2024年6月期间,信阳信钢医院神经内科接收并住院治疗的非溶栓性急性脑梗死患者共计96例。加入选患者以随机数字表法分成两组,包括观察组和对照组,每组各有患者48例。对照组患者采取标准的双联抗血小板治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液。观察两组患者的神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,血液流变学指标优于对照组(P<0.05),且两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗非溶栓急性脑梗死患者过程中,丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合双联抗血小板具有良好疗效,调节血液流变学指标,可有效改善神经功能缺损,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of the combination of sodium butylphthalide chloride injection and dual antiplatelet therapy in the treatment of non thrombolytic acute cerebral infarction patients.Method:From June 2022 to June 2024,a total of 96 patients with non thrombolytic acute cerebral infarction were admitted and treated in the neurology department of Xinyang Xingang Hospital.Patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,including an observation group and a control group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group of patients received standard dual antiplatelet therapy,while the observation group of patients received additional injection of sodium butylphthalide chloride in addition to the control group.Observe the neurological deficit scores,clinical efficacy,hemorheological indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups of patients.Result:The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group.The hemorheological indicators were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of non thrombolytic acute cerebral infarction patients,the combination of sodium butylphthalide chloride injection and dual antiplatelet therapy has good therapeutic effects,regulates hemorheological indicators,effectively improves neurological deficits,and has high safety.
