摘要
目的观察缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病(CHD)的效果及对血脂的影响。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院收治的老年CHD患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。研究组采用缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,2组均连续治疗6个月。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、冠状动脉斑块面积及心功能指标[血清N末端脑利尿钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(95.00%vs.87.00%,χ^(2)=3.907,P=0.048)。治疗6个月后,2组T C、TG、LDL-C及NT-proBNP水平低于治疗前,冠状动脉斑块面积小于治疗前,HDL-C水平及LVEF高于治疗前,且研究组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年CHD的效果较好,可调节机体的脂质代谢紊乱,缩小冠状动脉斑块面积,改善患者心功能。
Objective To observe the e fficacy of valsartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)in the elderly and the effect on blood lipids.Methods Two hundred elderly patients with CHD admitted to Na nping First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to randomized numerical table method,with 100 cases in each group.The study group was treated with valsartan combined with atorvastatin,and the control group was treated with atorvastatin,and both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The treatment effect,the indexes of blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),the area of c oronary artery plaques,and the indexes of cardiac function(NT-proBNP,LVEF)before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(95.00%vs.87.00%,χ^(2)=3.907,P=0.048).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and NT-proBNP in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment,the coronary artery plaque area were smaller than those before treatment,and the l evels of HDL-C and LVEF were higher than those before treatment,and the magnitude of the changes in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Valsartan combined with atorvastatin is effective in the t reatment of CHD in the elderly,which can regulate the lipid metabolism disorder of the body,reduce the area of coronary a rteria l plaque,and improve the cardiac function of patients.
