高炉在高煤比重负荷下突发停电事故快速恢复实践

摘要 柳钢炼铁总厂2 650 m^(3)高炉在高煤比重负荷下,2024年下半年连续发生了两次突发停电事故,造成部分风口灌渣、灌煤,通过休风后及时处理灌渣和灌煤风口,对大沟和撇渣器进行保温处理,做好复风前的准备工作,对各项参数进行精细高效地控制,最终实现高炉快速恢复。 Under high coal ratio and heavy load,the 2650 m^(3) blast furnace of Liugang Iron-making General Plant had two sudden power failure accidents in the second half of 2024,which caused slag and coal filling at partial tuyere.After shutdown,tuyere flled with slag and coal were treated in time,and insulation treatment was carried out for the big runner and BF skimmer.Preparations before re-blasting were made,and various parameters were controlled in a fine and efficient manner,finally achieving rapid recovery of blast furnace.
