摘要
目的探讨山西省某市农村地区居民肺炎球菌疫苗接种意愿及其影响因素,为提高疫苗接种率的管理措施提供科学依据。方法2024年11月,本研究采用分层与随机抽样相结合的方法,选取山西省某市多个农村地区≥18岁常住人口350名为研究对象,通过线上线下发放问卷进行调查,分析肺炎球菌疫苗接种意愿的主要影响因素。结果本研究回收有效问卷327份,有效率93.43%,二元logistic回归分析显示,较高月均支配收入(OR=3.61,95%CI:1.12~11.68,P=0.032)、文化程度(OR=2.89,95%CI:1.75~4.77,P<0.001)、听说过肺炎相关知识(OR=9.01,95%CI:2.98~27.28,P<0.001)、愿意参加社区组织的健康讲座(OR=9.01,95%CI:2.98~27.28,P=0.001)、愿意建议家人和朋友接种肺炎球菌疫苗(OR=13.56,95%CI:1.83~100.23,P=0.011)是居民接种肺炎球菌疫苗的影响因素。结论山西省某市农村地区居民肺炎球菌疫苗接种意愿受多种因素影响,建议通过加强政府经济补贴、加强健康知识宣教、组织社区健康讲座等方式,提升居民对肺炎球菌疫苗的认知,促进疫苗接种,降低肺炎疾病负担。
Objective To explore the willingness of residents in rural areas of a city in Shanxi Province to receive pneumococcal vaccination and the influencing factors,in order to provide a scientific basis for management measures to increase the vaccination rate.Methods In November 2024,a combination of stratified and random sampling was employed to select 350 residents aged 18 and above from various rural areas of a city in Shanxi Province as study participants.Questionnaires were distributed both online and offline for investigation,and the main influencing factors of the vaccination willingness for the pneumococcal vaccine were analyzed.Results A total of 327 valid questionnaires were collected,yielding a response rate of 93.43%.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that higher monthly disposable income(OR=3.61,95%CI:1.12-11.68,P=0.032),educational level(OR=2.89,95%CI:1.75-4.77,P<0.001),awareness of pneumococcal-related knowledge(OR=9.01,95%CI:2.98-27.28,P<0.001),willingness to participate in community health lectures(OR=9.01,95%CI:2.98-27.28,P=0.001),and willingness to recommend pneumococcal vaccination to family and friends(OR=13.56,95%CI:1.83-100.23,P=0.011)were significant influencing factors for residents′willingness to vaccinate.Conclusions The willingness to receive pneumococcal vaccination among residents in rural areas of a city in Shanxi Province is influenced by multiple factors.It is suggested to enhance government economic subsidies,strengthen health education,and organize community health lectures to improve residents′awareness of pneumococcal vaccination,thereby promoting vaccination uptake and reducing the burden of pneumonia diseases.
