摘要
借助超高效液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱质谱(UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS)技术对黄连-厚朴药对的化学成分及入血成分进行系统全面的分析与鉴定,为进一步研究黄连-厚朴药对的药效物质基础及作用机制提供一定依据。采用UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS分析技术采集质谱数据,根据分子质量与二级质谱信息,结合对照品及文献数据鉴定黄连-厚朴药对化学成分、入血成分。结果表明,黄连-厚朴药对化学成分及入血成分主要为生物碱类和苯丙素类,初步阐明了其药效物质基础,为进一步实验提供了一定依据。
With the help of UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS technology,the chemical constituents and blood components of Coptis chinensis-Magnolia officinalis pairs were analyzed and identified in a systematic and comprehensive way,which provided a basis for further research on the material basis and mechanism of action of the drug effects of Coptis chinensis-Magnolia officinalis.UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS was used to collect the mass spectral data,and based on the molecular mass and secondary mass spectral information,combined with the control and literature data to identify the chemical components and blood components of Coptis chinensis and Magnolia officinalis.The results showed that the chemical constituents of Coptis chinensis-Magnolia officinalis pairs and the blood components were mainly alkaloids and phenylpropanoids,which elucidated the material basis of its efficacy and provided a certain basis for further experiments.
