摘要
痛风性肾病是尿酸盐结晶长期在肾脏沉积引起的慢性肾脏损伤,是痛风的主要并发症。乔成林教授认为痛风性肾病是本虚标实之病,与脾肾密切相关,因脾肾阳虚,湿浊内蕴,痰瘀互结,肾络痹阻所致,运用“温阳化浊”之法可显著改善临床症状和保护肾功能。以医案为切入点,叙述乔成林教授运用温阳化浊法治疗痛风性肾病临证经验。
Gouty nephropathy is a chronic kidney injury caused by the long-term deposition of urate crystals in the kidneys,it is a major complication of gout.Professor Qiao Chenglin believes that gouty nephropathy is a disease with deficiency in the root and excess in the symptoms,which is closely related to the spleen and kidney.It is caused by yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney,internal retention of damp-turbidity,mutual binding of phlegm and stasis,and blockage of kidney collaterals.Applying the method of“warming yang to resolve turbidity”can significantly improve clinical symptoms and protect renal function.Starting from a medical case,this paper describes Professor Qiao Chenglin s clinical experience in treating gouty nephropathy with the method of warming yang to resolve turbidity.
