摘要
异常子宫出血(AUB)在围绝经期较常出现和该阶段性激素水平失衡紧密相关。AUB是指违背正常月经的四要素(周期频率、规律、经期时间、经量)的任何1项的子宫腔出血,可能由子宫内膜病变所致。围绝经期AUB合并子宫内膜病变会对女性正常生理功能进行扰乱,导致生活质量受损。部分子宫内膜病变的病理性质为恶性,远期结局较差,生命健康可遭受严重威胁。故有必要了解围绝经期AUB合并子宫内膜病变的危险因素,以便于采取精准的预防举措,继而实现对该疾病的有效防控。本文对围绝经期AUB合并子宫内膜病变影响因素的研究近况进行综述。
Abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)is more common in the perimenopausal period and is closely related to the hormonal imbalances during this stage.AUB refers to the uterine bleeding that violates any one of the four elements of the normal menstruation(cycle frequency,regularity,menstrual period time and menstrual volume),which may be caused by the endometrial lesions.The perimenopausal AUB combined with the endometrial lesions can disrupt the normal physiological functions of the women,and which can lead to the impaired their quality of life.The pathological nature of some endometrial lesions of the women is malignant,with the poor long-term outcomes and the serious threats to the life and health of the women.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the risk factors of the perimenopausal AUB combined with the endometrial lesions,in order to take precise preventive measures and achieve the effective prevention and control of this disease.This article summarizes the current research status on the influencing factors of the perimenopausal AUB combined with the endometrial lesions of the women,aiming to provide the guidance for the scientific prevention of the perimenopausal AUB of the women.
