摘要
针对早期硅橡胶结合类盘形悬式绝缘子面临的室温硫化硅橡胶性能不足、小芯体质量管控不全、界面密封性能不足、缺乏规范设计等问题,本文通过研究专用的高温固态混炼硅橡胶、设计并制造特种模具、开发绝缘件表面硅橡胶注射硫化成型工艺技术,研制了新型盘形悬式混合瓷绝缘子,并对绝缘子的机械、电气和界面特性开展型式试验。结果表明:混合瓷绝缘子既具有瓷、玻璃绝缘子的高机械强度,又具有复合绝缘子优异的防污闪性能,且空气冲击耐受电压符合标准要求。
In view of the problems faced by early silicone rubber bonded cap and pin suspension insulators,such as insufficient performance of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,incomplete quality control of small core,insufficient interface sealing performance,and lack of standardized design,this study developed a new type of cap and pin suspension hybrid porcelain insulator.This was achieved through researching dedicated high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,designing and manufacturing special molds,and developing a surface silicone rubber injection vulcanization molding technology for insulators.Type tests on the mechanical,electrical and interface characteristics of the insulators were carried out.The results show that the cap and pin suspension hybrid porcelain insulators not only possesses high mechanical strength of porcelain and glass insulators,but also exhibits anti-pollution flashover performance of composite insulators,and their impact withstand voltage in air meets the standard requirements.
