摘要
以自渗油混炼硅橡胶为研究对象,研究了测试温度、测试时间、试样尺寸、初始压缩率、硫化剂种类、恢复温度对硅橡胶压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明,随着测试时间的延长,硅橡胶的压缩永久变形增大,且测试温度越高,压缩永久变形越大;A型试样比B型试样有更低的压缩永久变形;随着初始压缩率从10%增至35%,压缩永久变形先减后增;采用2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧己烷和双叔丁基过氧化二异丙苯的硅橡胶压缩永久变形差别不大,但均明显低于采用2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰和双组分铂金硫化剂的硅橡胶,而采用2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰的硅橡胶压缩永久变形明显大于采用双组分铂金硫化剂的硅橡胶;增加恢复过程后,硅橡胶的压缩永久变形出现降低趋势,且随着恢复温度的升高降幅增大。
This study investigates the effects of test temperature,time,sample size,initial compression ratios,vulcanizing agents and recovery temperature on the compression set of silicone rubber.The results show that with the prolonged time,the silicone rubber has the increasing compression set,and the higher temperature,the greater the compression set.The sample A has a lower compression set than that of sample B.As the initial compression ratio increases from 10%to 35%,the rubber first decreases its compression set and then increases.Silicone rubber cured with 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-tert-butylperoxyhexane or di(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene shows similar compression set,both significantly lower than those cured with 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide or two-component platinum-based catalysts.The rubber cured with 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide exhibits a higher compression set than those cured with platinum catalysts.After the recovery process,the rubber shows a decreasing compression permanent deformation,and this reduction becomes more pronounced with the increase of recovery temperature.
