摘要
针对新型盘形悬式混合瓷绝缘子生产过程中注射压力大、瓷件釉面光滑的问题,本文提出了采用偶联剂和表面改性剂相配合的方法,以实现高温硫化硅橡胶和釉层的可靠粘接。通过对混合瓷绝缘子和工厂复合化绝缘子棒状样品进行水煮老化前后的粘接面机械强度试验和包覆层切离试验,验证试验方法的有效性。结果表明:粘接面机械强度试验的通用性有限,包覆层切离试验方法可较为实用地区分不同混合瓷绝缘子的瓷绝缘件和硅橡胶包覆层之间粘接性的优劣。
Aiming at the problems of high injection pressure and smooth glaze surface of porcelain parts in the production process of new cap and pin suspension hybrid porcelain insulators,this paper proposed a method that combined coupling agents with surface modifiers to achieve reliable bonding between high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and the glaze layer.The effectiveness of the testing method was verified by conducting mechanical strength tests on the bonding surfaces and peeling tests on the coating layers of rod-shaped samples of hybrid porcelain insulators and factory-made composite insulators before and after water-boiling ageing.The results show that the general applicability of the mechanical strength test of the bonding surface is limited,while the peeling test method of the coating layer is more practical in distinguishing the quality of adhesion between the porcelain insulator part and the silicone rubber coating layer of different hybrid porcelain insulators.
