枳椇子发酵液对酒精性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用

摘要 为研究枳椇子发酵液对酒精性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用,通过给C57BL/6小鼠喂养含有5%乙醇的LieberDeCarli酒精饮食加单次乙醇灌胃(5 g/kg)建立小鼠酒精性肝脏损伤模型,同时每日给予小鼠枳椇子发酵液进行干预。通过检测小鼠肝脏损伤、脂代谢和氧化应激反应情况,并结合肠道屏障功能的改变,评价枳椇子发酵液对酒精诱导肝损伤小鼠的保护作用及其机制。结果显示,枳椇子发酵液具有改善酒精引起的小鼠肝脏损伤的作用,其能够缓解酒精诱导的小鼠体质量减轻,增强小鼠机体抗氧化能力,降低体内氧化应激和脂代谢紊乱,并能够减少血清中脂多糖含量,修复肠道屏障,具有肠道保护作用。 To study the protective effect of fermentation broth of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.on alcoholic liver injury in mice,C57BL/6 mice were fed with Lieber-De-Carli alcoholic diet containing 5% ethanol,along with a single gavage of ethanol(5 g/kg)to establish an alcoholic liver injury model,and mice were given fermentation broth of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.daily for intervention.According to the changes in intestinal barrier function,liver injury,lipid metabolism,and oxidative stress in mice,the protective effect of fermentation broth of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.on alcoholic liver injury and its mechanism were evaluated.The experimental results showed that fermentation broth of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.had the effect of improving alcoholic liver injury in mice,which could alleviate alcohol-induced weight loss in mice,enhance the antioxidant capacity of mice,reduce oxidative stress and lipid metabolism disorders in vivo,reduce the content of lipopolysaccharide in serum,and repair the intestinal barrier,exhibiting a protective effect on the gut.
