摘要
目的:调查我国某海岛官兵坚韧人格状况,并分析其影响因素,为我军驻岛官兵坚韧人格干预措施的制订提供理论依据。方法:采用中国成年人坚韧人格量表对某海岛887名官兵进行问卷调查,分析驻岛官兵坚韧人格水平及影响因素。结果:某海岛官兵坚韧人格总体平均分为(2.72±0.61)分,略低于全国常模数据。与我国军人常模相比,韧性维度、投入维度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中韧性维度得分低于常模,投入维度得分高于常模;坚韧人格总均分、控制维度、挑战维度与我国军人常模相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单因素分析结果显示,不同婚姻状况、军龄和驻岛次数的官兵坚韧人格评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步线性回归分析结果显示,军龄是影响驻岛官兵坚韧人格水平的最主要因素。结论:驻岛官兵坚韧人格水平还有进一步提升的空间,管理者应多关注已婚、军龄长、驻岛次数多的官兵身心健康情况,并及时给予帮助。
Objective To investigate the hardiness personality traits of the military personnel on a certain island in the South China Sea and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for developing intervention measures to enhance their hardiness personality traits.Methods A survey was conducted using the hardiness scale for Chinese adults among 887 military personnel on the island for assessing their hardiness levels and identify influencing factors.ResultsThe overall average hardiness score of the personnel was(2.72±0.61)points,slightly lower than the national norm.Compared with the Chinese military personnel norm,significant differences were observed in the hardiness and commitment dimensions(P<0.05),with hardiness scores lower and commitment scores higher than the norm.No significant difference was found in the overall score,control dimension,or challenge dimension(P>0.05).Single-factor analysis revealed significant differences in hardiness scores based on marital status,length of service,and times of deployments to the island(P<0.05).Multivariate stepwise linear regression identified length of service as the primary influencing factor.ConclusionThe hardiness levels of military personnel stationed on the island can be further improved.Management should prioritize the physical and mental health of personnel who are married,have longer service length,or undertake frequent island deployments,with particular focus on providing support when needed.
