粉焦气化难点分析及航天炉对以粉焦为原料加压气化优化方案

摘要 煤在低温热解(550℃)下形成的粉焦与原煤由于性质不同,着火温度高、气化反应活性低、挥发分低、热值高、碳转化率低、对管道烧嘴磨损性大、粉焦燃烧存在着火延迟、火焰拉长、烧嘴端口处火焰温度高、燃烧反应速率低等因素,使粉焦气化较粉煤气化难度大,航天炉粉煤加压气化技术通过在源头上对粉焦原料进行优化,添加矸石,改善粉焦灰黏温特性;通过对工艺上的优化,较小的粉焦粒度分布及提高气化炉的操作温度;通过对气化炉、烧嘴的优化,扩大气化炉高径比,改变渣口的角度和大小,增加粉焦颗粒在气化炉内的停留时间,优化烧嘴结构等,提高了粉焦的碳转化率,增大气化炉操作弹性,确保了装置运行的稳定性、经济性及在线率等,提高了气化原料适应性。 The pulverized coke formed during coal pyrolysis at low temperature(550℃)is more difficult than pulverized coal gasification due to its different properties,such as high ignition temperature,low gasification reactivity,low volatile content,high calorific value,low carbon conversion rate,great wear to the pipeline burner,ignition delay,flame elongation,high flame temperature at the burner port and low combustion reaction rate.Space pulverized coal pressure gasifier by optimizing the pulverized coke raw material at the source,add gangue to improve the viscosity and temperature characteristics of powder coke ash.Through the optimization of the process,the smaller particle size distribution of the powder coke and the increase of the operating temperature of the gasifier.By optimizing the gasifier and burner,enlarging the height to diameter ratio of the gasifier,changing the Angle and size of the slag mouth,increasing the residence time of the powder coke particles in the gasifier,optimizing the burner structure,etc.,improving the carbon conversion rate of the powder coke,increasing the operating flexibility of the gasifier,ensuring the stability,economy and online rate of the device,and improving the adaptability of the gasification raw materials.
