摘要
粉焦加粘结剂冷压成型制成的粉焦型球，在连续式直立炭化炉的人工发生炉中进行了五天的工业性气化试验。试烧期间，人工发生炉运行正常，所产的煤气组成、热值及直立炉的炉温与烧块焦时相同。结果证明粉焦型球的质量良好，能满足工业应用的要求。通过经济评估也表明，用粉焦型球代替块焦作为人工发生炉原料具有明显的经济效益。
Fine coke with patent binder was briquetted in a pilot plant.In-dustrial gasification test of the coke briquette were carried out in a manual gas pro-ducer for five days,The results of the gasification tests show that the composition and heating value of producer gas and temperature of Woodall-Duckham gasifier are equivalent to those when the lump coke was used.The production cost of coke bri-quette is also much cheaper than that of lump coke. Thus,the coke briquette can be used as a substitute for lump coke in gas producer.
