摘要
本文用管式反应器研究了五台气煤制成的型煤与CO2气化反应活性。结果表明:Na2CO3和K2CO3都显示了较好的催化作用,且K2CO3的作用优于Na2CO3。添加这两种催化剂能使气化速率提高,活化能降低。同时发现两种催化剂的添加量均存在一极限量。
he catalytic reactivities of moulded coalchars of Wutai gas coal with CO2 have been studied by means of a tube reactor. Experimental results show that K2CO3 and Na2CO3 have good catalytic effects, and effect of K2CO3 is greater than that of Na2CO3. Because of loading catalyst, the reaction rates increase while the activated energies decrease. Meanwhile it is found that there is a limit to the loaded amount of catalyst for K2CO3 or Na2CO3 respectively.
