摘要
目的考察家庭跟进照护模式配合ABC情绪管理对行造血干细胞移植患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法以2021年9月至2024年6月在天津市肿瘤医院空港医院行造血干细胞移植的116例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各58例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予家庭跟进照护模式配合ABC情绪管理。比较2组的心理状态评估量表(MSSNS)和白血病生命质量量表(QLICP-LE)评分。结果干预1个月和3个月后,观察组的MSSNS和QLICP-LE评分均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论家庭跟进照护模式配合ABC情绪管理可有效改善行造血干细胞移植患者的心理状态,并能提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of family follow-up care model combined with ABC emotion management on the psychological status and quality of life of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at Tianjin Cancer Hospital Airport Hospital from September 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were assigned to an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 58 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received family follow-up care model combined with ABC emotion management in addition to the nursing method given to the control group.The scores of the Mental Status Scale in Non-Psychiatric Settings(MSSNS)and the Quality of Life Instrument for Cancer Patients-Leukemia(QLICP-LE)were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the MSSNS and QLICP-LE scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family follow-up care model combined with ABC emotion management can effectively improve the psychological status of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and enhance their quality of life.
