摘要
目的:探究品管圈(QCC)活动对肾功能衰竭血液透析患者的影响。方法:选择2022年6月—2024年12月在日照港口医院接受血液透析治疗的110例肾功能衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与QCC组,每组55例。两组均接受传统血液透析治疗,对照组给予常规护理,QCC组在对照组基础上接受基于QCC活动的护理干预。对比两组干预效果、自我管理能力与并发症发生情况。结果:QCC组血液透析上机操作正确率、动静脉内瘘一次穿刺成功率及专科宣教落实率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,QCC组情绪处理、解决问题、自我管理、社会关系评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.001);QCC组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.007)。结论:将QCC活动应用在肾功能衰竭患者中,可以提高血液透析上机操作正确率、动静脉内瘘一次穿刺成功率、专科宣教落实率及患者自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the impact of quality control circle(QCC)activities on hemodialysis patients with renal failure.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten patients with renal failure who received hemodialysis treatment at Rizhao Port Hospital from June 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the QCC group according to the random number table method,with fifty-five cases in each group.Both groups received traditional hemodialysis treatment.The control group was given routine nursing,and the QCC group received nursing intervention based on QCC activities on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects,self-management abilities and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The correct rate of on-machine operation of hemodialysis,the success rate of one-time puncture of arteriovenous fistula and the implementation rate of specialized education in the QCC group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the scores of emotion processing,problem-solving,self-management,social relationship and the total score of the QCC group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the QCC group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.007).Conclusion:The application of QCC activities in patients with renal failure can improve the accuracy of on-machine operation for hemodialysis,the success rate of one-time puncture for arteriovenous fistulas,the implementation rate of specialized education and publicity,and the self-management ability of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
