摘要
目的探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合翻转课堂在康复科实习生临床带教中的效果及对技能水平的影响。方法选择2023年3月—2024年6月寿光市人民医院康复科54名实习生为研究对象,根据教学方法不同分为两组,各27名。对照组采用常规方法临床带教,观察组在对照组基础上采用PBL联合翻转课堂带教。比较两组临床带教效果、技能水平及临床带教满意度。结果观察组带教后临床带教效果总分为(90.69±5.83)分,高于对照组的(77.16±4.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.325,P<0.05)。观察组带教后技能水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组带教后临床教学满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PBL联合翻转课堂用于康复科实习生临床带教中效果良好,能提升实习生专业技能水平,且教学满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with flipped classroom in clinical teaching of interns in rehabilitation department and its influence on skill level.Methods From March 2023 to June 2024,fifty-four rehabilitation interns in Shouguang People′s Hospital were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,twenty-seven in each group.The control group was given routine clinical teaching,while the observation group was given PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching on the basis of the control group.The clinical teaching effect,skill level and clinical teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of clinical teaching effect in the observation group was 90.69±5.83,which was higher than 77.16±4.72 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.325,P<0.05).The skill level of the observation group after teaching were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical teaching after teaching in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con⁃clusion PBL combined with flipped classroom has a good effect in the clinical teaching of rehabilitation interns,which can improve the professional skills of interns,and the teaching satisfaction is high.
