摘要
目的探讨骨科实习医师教学应用改良的基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)联合情景模拟教学的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年7月山东大学附属山东省立第三医院30名骨科实习医师,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=15)与对照组(n=15),对照组采用传统教学,研究组采用改良PBL联合情景模拟教学,比较两组考核成绩、综合能力、教学效果、满意度。结果两组教学后考核成绩均升高,研究组较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组综合能力及教学效果较对照组均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组实习医师满意度为100.00%(15/15),较对照组的60.00%(9/15)更高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论改良PBL联合情景模拟教学应用于骨科实习医师教学中,能够提高实习医师专业水平及综合能力,提升临床教学效果,满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of the improved problem based learning(PBL)combined with scenario simulation teaching in the teaching of orthopedic interns.Methods Thirty orthopedic interns from Shandong Provincial Third Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into the study group(n=15)and the control group(n=15)by random number table method.The control group adopted traditional teaching,while the study group adopted modified PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching.Compared the assessment results,comprehensive abilities,teaching effects and satisfaction levels of the two groups.Results The scores of the two groups after teaching were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive ability and teaching effect of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of interns in the study group was 100.00%(15/15),which was higher than 60.00%(9/15)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion The application of the improved PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching in the teaching of orthopedic interns can improve the professional level and comprehensive ability of interns,enhance the clinical teaching effect,and the satisfaction rate is relatively high.
