摘要
目的分析麻醉带教中采用基于问题教学法(problem based learning,PBL)和基于案例教学法(case based learning,CBL)双轨制的效果。方法选取2024年9月—2025年2月郑州大学第一附属医院麻醉科46名实习生为研究对象,按教学模式不同分为参考组、实践组,各23名。参考组采取常规教学,实践组采取PBL+CBL双轨制教学。比较两组理论考核情况、实践操作技能、核心能力及教学满意度。结果实习后,实践组基础知识、临床应用、综合分析分别为(92.91±2.35)分、(92.15±2.19)分、(91.96±2.47)分,均高于参考组的(89.05±2.71)分、(87.96±3.04)分、(88.72±3.11)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.161,5.363,3.913;P均<0.05)。实践组实践操作技能评分均高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组各项核心能力评分均高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组教学满意度高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL+CBL双轨制带教可提高理论成绩和操作技能,提升麻醉科实习生的核心能力,整体教学满意度高。
Objective To analyze the effect of the dual-track system of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in anesthesia teaching.Methods A total of forty-six interns from the Department of Anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the reference group and the practice group according to the teaching mode,with twenty-three interns in each group.The reference group adopted conventional teaching,while the practice group adopted a dual-track teaching system of PBL+CBL.Compared the theoretical assessment situations,practical operation skills,core abilities and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results After practice,the scores of basic knowledge,clinical application and comprehensive analysis in the practice group were 92.91±2.35,92.15±2.19 and 91.96±2.47 respectively,which were higher than 89.05±2.71,87.96±3.04 and 88.72±3.11 in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.161,5.363,3.913;all P<0.05).The scores of practical operation skills in the practice group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of each core ability in the practice group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the practice group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-track teaching system of PBL+CBL can improve theoretical grades and operational skills,enhance the core abilities of anesthesiology interns,and has a high overall teaching satisfaction.
