摘要
随着人工智能(AI)技术的快速发展,其在教育管理领域的应用日益广泛。本文以高校教育管理为研究对象,探讨了AI赋能下的教育管理敏捷响应机制。研究采用数据中台技术整合校内外数据资源,构建了基于数据驱动的教育管理决策支持系统。同时,结合组织变革理论,分析了教育管理中的组织结构调整与流程优化。研究发现,数据中台技术的引入显著提高了教育管理的实时性和精准性,而适度的组织变革有利于推动教育管理体系的敏捷化。实证分析部分,通过问卷调查和访谈法收集了多所高校的相关数据,结果表明AI的整合使用与组织变革的深度与速度正向影响教育管理的响应速度和效率。本研究为AI技术在高校教育管理中的应用提供了理论依据和实践指导,有助于高校构建更为灵活高效的教育管理机制。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in the field of educational management is becoming increasingly widespread.This paper takes the education management of colleges and universities as the research object and explores the agile response mechanism of education management empowered by AI.The research adopted data middle platform technology to integrate data resources both inside and outside the school and constructed a data-driven educational management decision support system.Meanwhile,in combination with the theory of organizational change,the organizational structure adjustment and process optimization in educational management were analyzed.Research findings show that the introduction of data middle platform technology has significantly enhanced the real-time and precise nature of educational management,while moderate organizational changes are conducive to promoting the agility of the educational management system.In the empirical analysis section,relevant data from multiple universities were collected through questionnaire surveys and interviews.The results show that the integrated use of AI and the depth and speed of organizational change positively affect the response speed and efficiency of educational management.This research provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of AI technology in the educational management of colleges and universities,which is conducive to the construction of a more flexible and efficient educational management mechanism in colleges and universities.
