摘要
随着智能数字体育的发展,可穿戴设备凭借其实时监测功能,能够为训练提供量化依据。然而,在应用过程中,其面临设备集成化不足、支持保障体系不完善以及数据应用与训练需求脱节等挑战。针对这些问题,该文提出一体化监测设备研发、构建标准化数据管理与人才培养体系,以及建立动态化数据应用体系等创新策略,力求通过多种有效措施提升日常篮球体能训练的科学性与精准性,为高校篮球体能训练的数字化转型提供有力支撑。
With the development of intelligent digital sports,wearable devices can provide quantitative basis for training through their real-time monitoring function.However,in the application process,it faces challenges such as insufficient equipment integration,imperfect support guarantee system,and disconnection between data application and training requirements.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward innovative strategies such as integrated monitoring equipment research and development,the construction of standardized data management and talent training system,and the construction of dynamic data application system,aiming to improve the scientific and accurate nature of daily basketball physical training through various effective measures to provide strong support for the digital transformation of basketball physical training in colleges.
