“空-天-地”一体化监测在“三北”工程林草资源管理中的应用 被引量:2

“Air-Space-Earth”Integrated Monitoring for Dynamic Management of Forest-Grassland Resources in the"Three-North"Shelterbelt Forest Program

摘要 针对“三北”工程区地域广袤、地貌复杂及传统人工核查效率低下等问题,提出基于“空-天-地”一体化监测技术的林草资源动态管理方法。通过整合卫星遥感、无人机航测与地面传感网络,建立多源数据协同的三维监测体系,实现造林质量精准评估、生态修复动态追踪及灾害风险实时预警。研究表明:该技术可将外业调查效率提升3倍以上,作业安全风险降低50%,并通过机器学习算法实现林草长势智能预测与资源空间建模。此外,研究提出建立标准化数据共享机制,推动技术从试点向全域覆盖,为林草治理体系现代化提供新范式。 To address the challenges of vast geographical coverage,complex terrain,and low efficiency of traditional manual verification in the Three-North Shelterbelt Program region,in this study,a dynamic management methodology for forest and grassland resources based on integrated space-air-ground monitoring technology was proposed.By synergistically combining satellite remote sensing,UAV aerial surveying,and ground-based sensor networks,a multi-source collaborative stereoscopic monitoring system was established.This system enables precision assessment of afforestation quality,dynamic tracking of ecological restoration progress,and real-time early warning of disaster risks.Research demonstrated that this technology triples field survey efficiency while reducing operational safety risks by 50%,and achieves intelligent prediction of vegetation growth patterns through machine learning algorithms combined with spatial resource modeling.Furthermore,the study advocated establishing standardized data sharing mechanisms to facilitate technology upscaling from pilot demonstrations to comprehensive regional coverage,thereby providing a novel paradigm for modernizing forest and grassland governance systems.
