摘要
目的分析2024年欧盟食品饲料快速预警系统(rapid alert system of food and feed,RASFF)通报各国出口欧盟食品情况,总结欧盟在食品安全方面的重点关注。方法以2024年欧盟RASFF通报各国出口欧盟食品数据为基础,从通报国家、被通报国家和地区、通报食品品种和危害类型等多个维度分析通报出口欧盟食品整体情况,并对水果蔬菜类、禽肉及其制品类、坚果及其制品和种子类等重点食品品种,以及病原性微生物、农药残留、真菌毒素等重点危害类型进行分析。结果2024年RASFF通报2124批次食品,29个成员国通报113个国家和地区的食品。涉及25类食品品种,水果蔬菜类、禽肉及其制品类、坚果及其制品和种子类排名前3。涉及27种危害类型,病原性微生物、农药残留、真菌毒素排名前3。结论通过总结欧盟RASFF通报各国出口欧盟食品安全情况,借鉴欧盟经验做法,为我国出口食品企业和监管部门提供参考。
Objective To analyze the overall situation of food exported to European Union by various countries notified by the European Union rapid alert system of food and feed(RASFF)in 2024,and summarize the key concerns of the European Union in food safety.Methods Based on the 2024 European Union RASFF notifications of food exports to European Union,this article analyzed the overall situation of food exports to European Union from multiple dimensions,including the notifying countries,origin countries and regions,notified product category and the hazard category.It also analyzed key product categories such as fruits and vegetables,poultry meat and poultry meat products,nuts,nut products and seed,as well as hazard categories such as pathogenic micro-organisms,pesticide residues and mycotoxins.Results In 2024,RASFF notified 2124 batches of food,with 29 member countries reporting food from 113 countries and regions.Involving 25 product categories,the top 3 product categories were fruits and vegetables,poultry meat and poultry meat products,nuts,nut products and seed.Involving 27 hazard categories,the top 3 were pathogenic micro-organisms,pesticide residues and mycotoxins.Conclusion By summarizing the European Union RASFF notifications on the food safety situation of countries exporting to European Union,and drawing on the experience and practices of the European Union,it provides references for China’s export food enterprises and regulatory authorities.
