摘要
目的探讨铅暴露作业工人血铅水平对血糖的影响。方法选取某铅酸蓄电池企业343名铅作业工人作为铅暴露组,275名非铅暴露的普通工作人员作为对照组,检测铅暴露组血铅浓度及两组人群的空腹血糖,采用独立样本t检验对两组人群空腹血糖进行比较,线性回归模型分析铅暴露组血铅浓度与空腹血糖的关系;采用logistic回归方法分析铅暴露组患糖尿病风险与血铅浓度的相关性。结果两组人群一般情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。铅暴露组空腹血糖均值、血糖异常率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);线性回归分析发现,铅暴露组血铅浓度与空腹血糖存在显著关联,血铅浓度每增加1μg/L,铅作业工人空腹血糖升高0.004 mmol/L;logistic回归分析发现,血铅浓度越高,患糖尿病的风险越高。结论血铅浓度与空腹血糖存在正相关关系,作业工人血铅浓度越高,患糖尿病的风险越高。
Objective To explore the effect of blood lead level on blood glucose in lead exposed workers.Methods A total of 343 lead exposed workers as lead exposure group and 275 non-lead exposed workers as control group were selected from a lead storage battery enterprise.The blood lead concentration and fasting blood glucose(FBG)of the two groups were measured.An independent samples t-test was used to compare the FBG levels of the two groups,logistic regression method was used to analyze the correlation between the risk of diabetes and blood lead concentration in the lead exposure group.Results There was no significant difference in general conditions between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean FBG and the abnormal rate of blood glucose in the lead exposure group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant association between blood lead concentration and FBG in the lead exposure group.For every 1μg/L increase in blood lead concentration,FBG of lead workers increased by 0.004 mmol/L.Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the blood lead concentration,the higher the risk of diabetes.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between blood lead concentration and FBG.The higher the blood lead concentration,the higher risk of diabetes in lead exposed workers.
