摘要
抑郁症是一种影响范围广、患病人数较多的常见精神疾病,其病因较为复杂。研究表明,长期铅暴露可能引起神经退行性变化和不良精神症状。本文从神经可塑性失调、氧化应激和炎症反应、下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺(HPA)轴功能失调、表观遗传学改变及少突胶质细胞结构功能异常等机制对铅暴露与抑郁样行为的联系进行综述,旨在为深入研究铅暴露与抑郁症的关联提供新的思路和潜在的治疗靶点。
Depression is a common mental illness caused by multiple complex factors and affecting a wide range of people.Studies have shown that chronic lead exposure may cause neurodegenerative changes and adverse psychiatric symptoms.This paper reviews the link between lead exposure and depressive-like behaviors focusing on the mechanisms of neuroplasticity imbalance,abnormalities at the systemic level(including oxidative stress,inflammatory response,and HPA axis),epigenetic changes,and oligodendrocyte dysfunction.The aim is to provide new perspectives and potential therapeutic targets for the in-depth study of the association between lead exposure and depression.
