摘要
对于年轻护士而言,因其工作经验较为欠缺,怎样科学地帮助其提升床边综合能力对于日常护理管理具有重要的意义。鉴于此,本文通过探讨提升年轻护士床边综合能力方法及分析新型护理管理干预对年轻护士的影响及其原因等方面,对如何应用科学的干预措施提升年轻护士的床边综合能力进行综述,以期为临床护理工作的完善提供参考。
For young nurses,due to their lack of work experience,how to scientifically help them improve their comprehensive bedside skills is of great significance for daily nursing management.In light of this,this article reviews the methods for enhancing young nurses'comprehensive bedside skills and analyzes the impact and reasons of new nursing management interventions on young nurses.It aims to provide a reference for improving clinical nursing work through the application of scientific intervention measures.
