摘要
目的:通过建设骨科创伤患者血糖管理系统,实现病区患者血糖精细化管理,保证患者顺利按期进行手术,促进患者术后伤口愈合,预防和减少糖尿病患者围手术期的相关并发症。方法:该系统使用SQL Server以及.NET技术开发,实时采集、动态监测患者血糖数据,并将异常血糖信息展示在病区护理大屏上。结果:通过建设骨科创伤患者血糖管理系统在医院骨科创伤病区试点实施信息化、精细化患者血糖管理,患者的围手术期血糖得到了良好的控制,手术成功率提高,术后并发症减少。结论:基于移动护理的患者血糖管理系统通过数据中心实时采集患者血糖数据,并将异常血糖信息反馈给病区护士,帮助临床医护人员全面评价患者的健康状态,充分做好术前准备,提升了病区床位周转率,提高了患者的满意度,同时也改善了医院医疗安全质量。
Objective:Through the establishment of a blood glucose management system for orthopaedic trauma patients,the refined management of blood glucose for patients in the ward could be achieved.Moreover,the smooth operation of patients on schedule would be ensured,and the wound healing after surgery would be promoted.Perioperative complications of diabetic patients will also be prevented or reduced.Methods:The system is developed using SQL Server and.NET technology to collect and dynamically monitor patient blood glucose data in real time,and display abnormal blood glucose information on the ward nursing screen.Results:Through the establishment of a blood glucose management system for orthopaedic trauma patients,the experimental implementation of information-based and refined patient blood glucose management in the orthopaedic trauma ward of the hospital has resulted in a good control of patient perioperative blood glucose,improved surgical success rate and reduced postoperative complications.Conclusion:The patient blood glucose management system based on mobile nursing collects patient blood glucose data in real time through the clinical data repository and feeds back abnormal blood glucose information to the ward nurses,helping clinical medical staff to comprehensively evaluate the health status of the patient,fully preparing for surgery.In this case,the ward bed turnover rate,as well as the patient satisfaction and the quality of hospital medical safety,could be improved.
