摘要
目的探讨Miller(米勒)金字塔能力模型在培养护理实习生临床综合能力中的应用效果。方法选择2018年和2019年在安庆市某三级甲等医院实习的护理实习生作为研究对象,按不同年级护生分为观察组(2019年护生,97名)和对照组(2018年护生,93名)两组。观察组实施基于Miller金字塔能力模型的护理实习生带教方案(分为专业理论知识培训、知识应用能力培养、操作表现、真实工作环境中的实际表现等四个层次);对照组予以传统岗前培训和专科轮训。对比两组护理实习生床边综合能力和临床能力,分析两组教学效果的差异。结果观察组护理实习生床边综合能力评价7项考核指标成绩、临床能力评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Miller金字塔能力模型在培养护理实习生临床综合能力中效果明显,适合在培养护理实习生临床综合能力中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Miller pyramid ability model in training clinical comprehensive ability of nursing interns.Methods The nursing interns,those practicing in a grade 3A hospital of Anqing city in 2018 and 2019,were enrolled as study subjects.They were divided into observation group(nursing students of grade 2019)and control group(nursing students of grade 2018)according to different grade,there were 97 cases in observation group and 93 cases in control group.Nursing intern teaching program based on the Miller pyramid ability model(divided into four levels:professional theoretical knowledge training,knowledge application ability training,operation performance,and actual performance in the real working environment)was applied in the observation group.Traditional pre-job training and specialized round training was applied in the control group.The comprehensive bedside ability and clinical ability of the two groups of nursing interns were compared,and the difference of teaching effect between the two groups was analyze.Results In the observation group,the results of the 7 indexes of the comprehensive bedside ability,the clinical ability evaluation of the nursing interns were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Miller pyramid model is effective in training the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing interns,and it is suitable for popularizing and applying in training the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing interns.
