摘要 数字化转型为职业教育高质量发展带来新契机、引入新动能。作为职业教育发展的关键要素,教师数字化教学能力的提升,既是衡量数字时代职业院校内涵式发展水平的关键指标,也是重塑职业教育新生态的逻辑必然。然而,在高职教师数字化教学能力提升过程中还存在教师主体意识淡薄、学校培养资源支撑乏力、社会制度建设进程缓慢等现实困境。鉴于此,从教师个体层面、学校层面和社会层面提出数字化转型背景下高职教师教学能力提升策略,以数字化教学能力提升为职业教育高质量发展注入强劲动力。 Digital transformation has brought new opportunities and introduced new impetus to the high-quality development of vocational education.As a key element in the development of vocational education,the improvement of teachers'digital teaching capabilities is not only a key indicator to measure the connotative development level of vocational colleges in the digital era,but also a logical necessity to reshape the new ecology of vocational education.However,in the process of improving the digital teaching competence of higher vocational teachers,there are practical dilemmas such as teachers'weak subjective awareness,insufficient support of school cultivation resources,and slow progress of social system construction.In light of this,strategies for enhancing the teaching abilities of teachers in higher vocational education under the backdrop of digital transformation are proposed from the individual,school,and societal levels,aiming to inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of vocational education through the enhancement of digital teaching capabilities.
