摘要
为提高软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料的力学和热稳定性能、降低其增塑剂迁移现象,本文以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(SV1055)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(8999)、氯化聚乙烯(135A)、氯醋共聚树脂(DM72)、羧基改性氯醋三元共聚树脂(UMCH)为改性剂,采用物理共混后双螺杆熔融挤出造粒制备了改性软质PVC材料。研究了不同改性剂及其用量对软质PVC材料的相容性、软硬度、力学性能、热稳定性能以及增塑剂析出性能的影响。结果表明,135A、DM72、UMCH在软质PVC体系中具有较好的相容性,在合适的添加量范围内都能提高软质PVC材料的拉伸强度,软质PVC的硬度随着三者的加入量增加而增大;SV1055、8999在4份添加量内能增加软质PVC材料的断裂伸长率,而UMCH的加入降低了软质PVC材料的断裂伸长率;热失重分析和在乙醇溶液中进行增塑剂迁移测试发现,改性剂的加入均提高了软质PVC材料的热稳定性能且减弱了软质PVC材料中的增塑剂迁移现象。五种改性剂对制备高性能软质PVC材料具有不同的促进作用,研究结果可为不同性能需求下软质PVC改性剂的选择提供借鉴。
To enhance the mechanical and thermal stability of flexible polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and reduce plasticizer migration,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(SV1055),ethylene-octene copolymer(8999),chlorinated polyethylene(135A),chlorinated vinyl acetate copolymer resin(DM72),and carboxyl-modified chlorinated vinyl acetate terpolymer resin(UMCH)were used as modifiers.Modified flexible PVC materials were prepared by physical blending and twin-screw extrusion.The effects of different modifiers and their dosages on compatibility,hardness,mechanical properties,thermal stability,and plasticizer exudation of flexible PVC were investigated.The results show that 135A,DM72,and UMCH have good compatibility with flexible PVC and can enhance the tensile strength within proper addition ranges.The hardness of PVC increases with higher additions of these three materials.SV1055 and 8999 could increase the elongation at break of flexible PVC within four parts by weight,while UMCH decreases it.Thermogravimetric analysis and ethanol solution migration tests indicate that all five modifiers improve the thermal stability of flexible PVC and reduce plasticizer migration.These modifiers play different roles in preparing high-performance flexible PVC and provide references for modifier selection in different performance requirements.
