摘要
以香草酸和酪胺为原料,通过酰胺化反应合成了生物基双酚—香草酸酪酰胺(VTA),然后将其分别与糠胺和十二胺反应制备了呋喃胺苯并恶嗪(VTA-fa)和十二胺苯并恶嗪(VTA-la),随后调控这两种单体的比例,制备出一系列苯并恶嗪共聚树脂。采用傅里叶红外光谱和核磁共振波谱对VTA、VTA-fa和VTA-la的分子结构进行了表征。利用示差扫描量热仪、动态热机械分析、热重分析和拉伸测试研究了共聚树脂的固化过程及其热机械性能。结果表明:共聚树脂的起始固化温度约为180℃,峰值固化温度为205℃,并且两种单体具有良好的相容性。当VTA-fa与VTA-la的物质的量比为3∶1时,共聚树脂的玻璃化转变温度可达223℃,拉伸强度>65 MPa,断裂韧性>1.19 MJ/m^(3),综合性能优于其他共聚树脂。
Using vanillic acid and tyramine as raw materials,a biobased bisphenol-vanillic acid tyramide(VTA)was synthesized through amidation reaction.Then,VTA reacted with furfurylamine and dodecylamine respectively to produce two monomers,furanaminobenzoxazine(VTA-fa)and self-plasticized benzoxazine(VTA-la).A series of copolymers were prepared by adjusting the copolymerization ratio of these two monomers.The molecular structures of VTA,VTA-fa and VTA-la were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The properties of the copolymer were comprehensively tested and analyzed by means of dynamic thermomechanical analyzer,thermogravimetric analyzer and tensile test.The results showed that the initial curing temperature of the copolymer resin was about 180℃,the peak curing temperature was 205℃,and the two monomers hadgood compatibility.When the molar ratio of VTA-fa to VTA-la is 3:1,the glass transition temperature of the copolymer can reached 223℃,the tensile strength was>65 MPa,the fracture toughness was>1.19 MJ/m^(3),and the comprehensive properties were better than other copolymer resins.
