摘要
【目的】深入分析太原市园林式居住区环境的满意度及其障碍因子,为太原市优化园林式居住区建设提供参考。【方法】从景观建设、配套设施、管养维护、活动宣传4个维度19个环境感知因子构建评价框架,采用IPA-KANO模型分析太原市159个园林式居住区的居民满意度,识别影响满意度的障碍因子。【结果】1)满意度评价中,45%的居民非常满意,32%满意,12%表示一般,8%不满意,仅3%非常不满意。2)19个因子中,12个为积极因子,需保持;7个为障碍因子,需优化。3)7个障碍因子为标识系统完善性、内部交通组织、植物长势、立体绿化、建筑环境适配、爱绿宣传、科普牌设置。【结论】太原市园林式居住区建设成效显著,超3/4居民表示满意,但在标识系统完善性等7个精细化建设及管理方面仍有提升空间,需“以人为本”、分阶段实施精准优化,即短期提升基础功能,中期推进生态与文化融合,长期构建数字化科普与适老化宣传体系。
【Objective】The satisfaction with the environment of garden-style residential areas in Taiyuan and its obstacle factors were deeply analyzed to provide a basis for Taiyuan to optimize the construction of garden-style residential areas.【Method】An evaluation framework was constructed from 19 environmental perception factors in 4 dimensions:landscape construction,supporting facilities,maintenance,and activity promotion.The IPA-KANO model was adopted to analyze the residents'satisfaction with 159 garden-style residential areas in Taiyuan,and the obstacle factors affecting satisfaction were identified.【Result】1)In the satisfaction evaluation,45%of residents were very satisfied,38%were satisfied,12%were average,8%were dissatisfied,and only 3%were very dissatisfied.2)Among the 19 factors,12 were positive factors to be maintained,and 7 were obstacle factors to be optimized.3)The obstacle factors were the completeness of the sign system,internal traffic organization,plant growth,three-dimensional greening,adaptation of building environment,greening promotion,and setting of science popularization signs.【Conclusion】The construction of garden-style residential areas in Taiyuan has achieved remarkable results,with more than 3/4 of residents satisfied,However,in the 7 aspects of refined construction and management including the completeness of the sign system,it is necessary to“put people first”and implement precise improvement in stages:specifically,improve basic functions in the short term,promote the integration of ecology and culture in the medium term,and build a digital science popularization and age-appropriate publicity system in the long term.
