核电厂限制性区域消防员核辐射风险感知测度研究

Research on the Measurement of Nuclear Radiation Risk Perception by Firefighters in Restricted Areas of Nuclear Power Plants

摘要 本文通过构建核辐射暴露风险感知测度模型,探讨核电厂消防人员风险认知与应急救援意愿的关联机制,解析七个风险感知变量与四个风险感知因子的作用路径。研究发现,场外消防员较场内群体呈现更高的风险感知水平及规避倾向,不同风险感知变量对风险感知因子的影响存在显著差异;核辐射风险沟通能力、限制性区域应急处置技能、核辐射防护技能是影响两类消防员群体应急救援意愿和应急救援能力的主要因素。 This study constructs a risk perception measurement model for nuclear radiation exposure to explore the correlation mechanism between risk perception and emergency rescue willingness of nuclear power plant firefighters.Analyzed the pathways of action between 7 risk perception variables and 4 risk perception factors.Research has found that off-site firefighters exhibit higher levels of risk perception and avoidance tendencies compared to on-site groups,and there are significant differences in the impact of different risk perception variables on risk perception factors;The communication ability of nuclear radiation risks,emergency response skills in restricted areas,and nuclear radiation protection skills are the main factors affecting the emergency rescue willingness and ability of the two types of firefighters.
