摘要
课程宣导是指通过宣讲、导引等方式,面向学校管理者、教师、学生、家长以及社会公众传递课程信息,分享相关资源,提供行动指引,以促进课程有效实施的活动。课程宣导可以推动教育政策落实,促进课程发展;增进教师课程理解,消解课程落差;导引课程转化实施,实现课程育人。为了促进课程宣导的有效实施,需要组建课程宣导团队,构筑政府领导、学校主导、社会辅助的“课程宣导的GSS运行模式”,建立起多领域、多主体、多层次的课程信息对话与反馈平台;开展课程研修活动,创设更多的实践平台,提升教师的课程素养,增进其对课程的了解和认识;学校要重视学生对课程的解读和认识,加强对学生课程学习的导引,拓宽学生的课程理解;推进家校社协商合作,加强对家长的课程培训和教育,让家长认识并认同课程理念,强化家长的课程支援,让家长在具身体验中领会课程内容与学生发展之间的联系。
Curriculum advocacy refers to the activities of delivering curriculum information,sharing related re-sources and providing action guidance to school administrators,teachers,students,parents and the public through preaching,guidance and other ways to promote the effective implementation of curriculum.Curriculum advocacy can promote the implementation of educational policies and promote curriculum development,improve teachers'under-standing of curriculum and bridge the gap among curricula,and guide the implementation of curriculum transformation and realize curriculum education.In order to promote the effective implementation of curriculum advocacy,we should set up a curriculum advocacy team,construct a GSS operation model of curriculum advocacy which is led by the gov-ernment,dominated by schools and assisted by society,and establish a platform for multi-domain,multi-subject,and multi-level curriculum information dialogue and feedback;we should carry out curriculum research activities and create more plaforms for practice to improve teachers'curriculum literacy and their understanding of curriculum;schools should attach importance to students'interpretation and cognition of curriculum,strengthen the guidance of students'learning of courses,and broaden their understanding of courses;we should promote the negotiation and cooperation between families and schools,strengthen the training and education of parents,so that parents will understand and a-gree to the curriculum concept,support the curriculum,and comprehend the relationship between the curriculum con-tents and students'development by experiencing themselves.
