基于反馈控制求解随机动态过程实时优化问题与应用

摘要 随着石油化工行业对生产效率和产品质量要求的不断提高,催化裂化等大型工业炼化装置的实时优化问题愈发引起关注。因此,研究了随机动态过程的稳态优化问题的控制求解,以及在催化裂化装置中的应用,通过相关性分析进行了以汽油收率、柴油收率和液化气收率为目标的调优变量选取,构造了不同的实时优化方案。基于相关积分分析,提出了基于状态反馈控制的随机动态过程的实时优化求解方法,并开发了工业应用软件。仿真与工业测试结果证实了所提方法及开发的应用软件的可行性和有效性,为解决催化裂化等炼化装置的实时优化问题提供了一条新的有效途径。 With the increasing demands for production efficiency and product quality in the petrochemical industry,the real-time optimization of large-scale industrial refining units such as catalytic cracking obtains significant attentions.In this paper,the solution control for the steady-state optimization of stochastic dynamic process was studied,including discussing its application in catalytic cracking unit(FCCU).Through correlation analysis,the tuning variables of gasoline yield,diesel yield and liquefied gas yield were selected and different real-time optimization schemes were constructed.Based on correlation integral analysis,a real-time optimization method for stochastic dynamic processes based on state feedback control was proposed and the industrial application software was developed.Simulation and industrial test results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and the developed application software,which provides a new effective way to solving the real-time optimization of catalytic cracking and other refining units.
