摘要
本文立足标准化培训的现状及特点,按照标准化系统工程原理,将标准化培训视为一个系统整体,提出标准化培训系统概念并研究建立标准化培训系统工程模型。以该模型为指导,分析借鉴系列化、模块化、组合化等标准化方法,提出一种适用于不同培训需求的标准化培训系统建设运用思路。
This paper is based on the current situation and characteristics of standardization training.According to the principle of standardization system engineering,the paper takes standardization training as a whole system,proposes the concept of a standardization training system,and establishes the model of standardization training system engineering.Guided by the model,the paper analyzes and learns from standardization methods such as serialization,modularization and unitization,and puts forward an idea for the construction of standardization training system catering to different demands.
