摘要
在能源结构清洁化转型背景下,山西省作为中国煤炭主产区,其煤电主导型能源体系正面临碳排放约束与电力保供的双重压力。通过调研对山西省煤电行业装机分布、二氧化硫(SO2)、氮氧化物(NOx)和颗粒物(PM)排放等数据的梳理,发现山西省在超低排放改造方面取得了一定成效,但仍需进一步提升环保设施的运行效率,以应对日益严峻的环境保护压力。针对煤电行业的排放现状及特点,提出相应的政策建议,以推动山西省煤电行业的可持续发展。
Under the background of cleaner energy structure transformation,Shanxi Province,as the main coal producing area in China,is facing the double pressure of carbon emission constraints and power supply guarantee in its coal-power dominated energy system.Through the research on the distribution of installed capacity,sulfur dioxide(SO2),nitrogen oxides(NOx)and particulate matter(PM)emissions and other data of the coal power industry in Shanxi Province,it is found that Shanxi Province has achieved a certain degree of success in ultra-low emission renovation,but it still needs to further improve the operational efficiency of environmental protection facilities to cope with the increasingly severe pressure of environmental protection.Aiming at the emission status and characteristics of the coal power industry,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward to promote the sustainable development of the coal power industry in Shanxi Province.
