摘要
研究以经济水平和数字化产业水平均位于全国前列的长江三角洲城市群为例,采用模糊综合评价法对区域内27个城市的政府数字化水平和营商环境进行了测度,并代入多元线性回归方程,探讨了政府数字化对营商环境的影响机制。研究发现:政府数字化会对城市营商环境产生重要影响,且对市场环境和人文环境两个子系统的影响较为显著。研究结果可为各地政府完善城市电子政务平台建设、提高城市营商环境水平提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,which ranks among the top in both economic and digital industry levels in China as an example,this study measures the digitalization level of the government and the business environment of 27 cities within the region by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then substitutes the data into a multiple linear regression equation to explore the influence mechanism of government digitalization on the business environment.The research findings indicate that government digitalization has a significant impact on the business environment of cities,especially on the two subsystems of market environment and humanistic environment.This study can provide references and suggestions for local governments to improve the construction of urban e-government platforms and enhance the business environment.
