摘要
目的 调查2023年乌鲁木齐市城区家蝇对5种杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为家蝇的科学防制提供依据。方法 2023年6-9月采集乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)、米东区不同孳生场所的家蝇,采用点滴法测定家蝇对5种杀虫剂的抗药性。利用R 4.5.0软件进行数据处理,计算半数致死剂量(LD_(50))及其95%置信区间、抗性倍数。从中国知网收集乌鲁木齐市家蝇抗药性文献。结果 2023年乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)、米东区家蝇对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、敌敌畏的抗性倍数分别为50.37、148.89、123.33、5.30和27.04;1994-2023年乌鲁木齐市家蝇对溴氰菊酯和敌敌畏的抗药性水平有不同程度升高,2023年家蝇对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数是1994年的11.58倍,对敌敌畏的抗性倍数是1994年的2.19倍。结论 乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)、米东区家蝇对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯抗药性已发展为高抗水平,对敌敌畏表现为中抗,建议减少或停用溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯;灭蝇工作应依据蝇类密度和抗药性的变化趋势,科学选择敏感或抗性水平低的杀虫剂轮换和复配使用,加强环境治理,减缓杀虫剂抗药性增长。
Objective: To survey the resistance levels of Musca domestica to five insecticides in the urban areas of Urumqi, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China in 2023, so as to provide a basis for the scientific prevention and control of M. domestica. Methods: From June to September 2023, adult M. domestica were collected from different breeding sites in the High-Tech Zone (Xinshi District) and Midong District of Urumqi. The houseflies were tested for resistance to five insecticides by using the topical application method. The median lethal dose (LD_(50)) and its 95% confidence interval and resistance ratio were calculated using R 4.5.0. The literature on insecticide resistance in houseflies in Urumuqi was collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure. Results: In the High-Tech Zone (Xinshi District) and Midong District of Urumqi in 2023, the resistance ratios of M. domestica to permethrin, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, tetramethrin, and dichlorvos were 50.37, 148.89, 123.33, 5.30, and 27.04, respectively. The resistance of M. domestica in Urumqi to deltamethrin and dichlorvos showed varying degrees of increases from 1994 to 2023, By 2023, the resistance ratio to deltamethrin was 11.58 times that of 1994, while the resistance ratio to dichlorvos reached 2.19 times the 1994 level. Conclusions: In the High-Tech Zone (Xinshi District) and Midong District of Urumqi, M. domestica has developed high levels of resistance to permethrin, deltamethrin, and beta-cypermethrin and medium resistance to dichlorvos. To slow down the increase in insecticide resistance, it is recommend to reduce or suspend the use of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, and permethrin, carry out fly control according to the change trends in the density and insecticide resistance of flies, select insecticides with sensitivity or low resistance for rotation and combined use, and strengthen environmental management.
