基于学科交叉与创新驱动的工程类专业硕士培养模式构建

摘要 针对新时代我国工程类专业硕士传统培养模式面临的挑战,构建了以学科交叉与创新驱动为特征的新培养模式。该模式着重强调导师团队建设、课程体系优化、实践平台搭建、质量保障体系完善四个核心要素。创新驱动和跨学科融合策略的实施,对于提升工程类专业硕士的综合素质具有重要的意义,可为相关行业的可持续发展培养高层次复合型人才。 In response to the challenges faced by traditional training models for professional master’s degree programs in engineering in China’s new era,this paper proposes an innovative training framework grounded in interdisciplinary integration and innovation-driven strategies.The model emphasizes four core elements:the development of a collaborative supervisor team,optimization of the curriculum system,establishment of practical platforms,and improvement of quality assurance mechanisms.The implementation of innovation-driven and interdisciplinary approaches holds significant importance in enhancing the comprehensive competencies of engineering master’s students,thereby cultivating high-level interdisciplinary talents to meet future demands and promote sustainable development in related industries.
