基于“跨学科、交叉学科、融合学科”模式创新复合型人才培养研究——以西北工业大学柔性电子学人才培养体系为例

摘要 随着科技的快速发展,柔性电子学已成为全球科研与产业的重要方向,对跨学科创新人才的需求日益迫切。西北工业大学积极探索并创新人才培养体系,率先设立柔性电子本科专业,构建贯通本—硕—博的交叉学科教育体系,以满足柔性电子产业对高层次复合型人才的需求。该研究总结西北工业大学在柔性电子学领域的人才培养路径,重点探讨学术型与工程型研究生的分类培养模式、多层次课程体系构建、国际化教育资源整合以及跨学科交叉课程的创新实践。研究院通过模块化课程设计、个性化培养机制及国际合作研究,推动教学资源深度融合,提升学生的科研能力与实践应用能力。此外,学校通过国际化学术交流与合作,搭建全球化育人平台,提升学科国际影响力。研究表明,西北工业大学的创新培养模式有效促进复合型人才的成长,并为柔性电子学科的发展提供可借鉴的经验。未来,学校将继续优化人才培养体系,以推动跨学科交叉融合,助力科技创新与产业升级。 With the rapid advancement of technology,flexible electronics has become a key focus in global research and industrial development,creating an increasing demand for interdisciplinary innovative talent.Northwestern Polytechnical University(NPU)has actively explored and innovated its talent cultivation system,taking the lead in establishing an undergraduate program in flexible electronics and constructing an integrated education system spanning undergraduate,master's,and doctoral levels to meet the industry's need for high-level interdisciplinary professionals.This study summarizes NPU's talent cultivation pathways in the field of flexible electronics,with a particular focus on the differentiated training models for academic and engineering graduate students,the construction of a multi-level curriculum system,the integration of international educational resources,and the innovation in interdisciplinary courses.By implementing modular course design,personalized training mechanisms,and international research collaboration,NPU has enhanced the depth of educational resources and improved students'research capabilities and practical application skills.Additionally,through international academic exchanges and collaborations,the university has built a global education platform to strengthen the international influence of the discipline.The study demonstrates that NPU's innovative training model effectively fosters interdisciplinary talent and provides valuable experience for the development of flexible electronics as a discipline.Moving forward,the university will continue to optimize its talent cultivation system to promote interdisciplinary integration,support technological innovation,and contribute to industrial advancement.
