摘要
目的观察四君子汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效,比较其与四联疗法治疗的差异。方法本研究采用随机对照试验,研究对象为2023年7月—2024年7月诊断为慢性浅表性胃炎的患者50例。患者通过抛币法随机分为实验组(联合四君子汤治疗)和对照组(四联疗法治疗)。所有患者接受8周治疗,观察治疗后的临床疗效、胃黏膜分泌功能、肠道菌群结构以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,实验组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在胃黏膜分泌功能方面,实验组的GAS、NO和PGE2水平显著改善,且与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肠道菌群结构方面,实验组的厚壁菌门、变形菌门、拟杆菌门和放线菌门的变化均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎具有显著的疗效,能够更好地改善胃黏膜分泌功能及肠道菌群结构,且不良反应较少,疗效优于四联疗法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis and compare the difference between it and quadruple therapy.Methods This study was a randomized controlled trial involving 50 patients diagnosed with chronic superficial gastritis between July 2023 and July 2024.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group(Sijunzi decoction treatment)and control group(quadruple therapy treatment)by coin flipping method.All patients were treated for 8 weeks,and the clinical efficacy,gastric mucosal secretion function,intestinal flora structure and adverse reactions were observed after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.00%(P<0.05).In terms of gastric mucosal secretion function,the levels of GAS,NO and PGE2 in the experimental group were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).In terms of intestinal flora structure,Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes and actinobacteria in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction has significant curative effect on chronic superficial gastritis,which can better improve gastric mucosal secretion function and intestinal flora structure,and has less adverse reactions,and the curative effect is better than quadruple therapy.
